The Triton Side Mount Filter is one of the most popular filters out there, they are simple, effective and require very little attention. Triton is the result of over 40 years of production evolution and refinement.

The pool water is routed through a sand filled pressure vessel, the sand or PureFlow (recomended) traps particles large and small, so they are undetectable to the human eye, but not all sand filters are created equal. 

The triton filter is a low maintenance filter which provides the highest performance of cleaning per litre of water that passes through it. This filter is designed to eliminate channeling which stops the water racing through the filter quickly, this means that the water can be cleaned efficiently and at a moderate rate.
