Multiport valves for use with a variety of common filter types. When describing valves, we generally list them as either 1.5" or 2" - this relates to the size of pipework connections the valve has.
1.5" pipe has an outside diameter of 48mm and is often mistaken for being 2" whereas 2" pipe has an external diameter of 61mm.
