We offer FREE delivery on all UK Mainland (excluding Highlands) orders over £75.00 (goods value only, including VAT, excluding any delivery charges).  UK Mainland delivery orders below £75.00 are charged at the flat rate of £4.99.

Most orders are dispatched using DHL on a next working day service.

Please note that next working day deliveries cannot be guaranteed, but we do try.  

All delivery charges include VAT.

EU Deliveries, Including Ireland & Rest of World

Due to increased shipping costs and increased admin levels involved with EU shipments, and those going further internationally, we have removed these options from our website.

We can still ship overseas, but we will need price this on an order by order basis.  If you would like a delivery quote, please email sales@pool-supplies.co.uk with the product(s) you would like to order, and also your delivery address.  Our team will get back to you with the available shipping options.

Notes & Exceptions:

• Our daily cut off for dispatch is 2.30pm - we will still endeavour to dispatch orders placed after this time, but it cannot be guaranteed, especially at peak periods.  
• Orders are dispatched on weekdays, Monday to Friday, any order placed therefore after 2.30pm on Friday may not be dispatched until Monday.
• Working days are defined as weekdays Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
